When you listen to Simple’, you listen to the life story of a maturing Christian woman. You follow her on a journey from mistakes to maturity, test to testimony; a journey made possible by The Almighty Creator and Originator, GOD. “He brought me safely through to Today and I hope to see many tomorrow's and have more stories to tell.”
Her debut album Simple' Sayin’ (2005) explores good and bad relationships, thanksgiving, social responsibility, and love. Producer and husband, TonyWHOA!, brings his familiar hard hitting beats as well as smooth baselines to blend melodiously with her Mississippi blues influenced tenor voice. Simple’ Sayin’ encourages reflection on individual life journeys and evokes praise for God’s blessings.
