The cd Intergalactic Freedom (2010) is the second album of Sinas. The band was founded in 2006 by saxophone player/composer Wouter Schueler. Sinas is an 8-piece live band, drawing inspiration from musical styles such as afro beat, reggaeton, rai, funk and dance: global dancefloor music.

The album Intergalactic Freedom is a blueprint of everything that Sinas represents: driving beats, irresistible grooves and catchy melodies from all over the world. Once again Sinas brings together different cultures and influences to create their distinctive global dancefloor music. Bandleader Wouter Schueler surprises with strong compositions and was also able to recreate the tight live feel of the band on this album.

After releasing their debut Global Explorations in 2008, things happened fast with Sinas: performing on numerous festivals and stages, airplay on national radio and television. But thatÂ’s not enough for Sinas, so they took it even further on the follow-up Intergalactic Freedom. These days society seems to become more and more suspicious of anything foreign, but the music of Sinas embraces the variety of different cultures, people and music worldwide.
