Sinister hussy is a newly formed band from very experienced, former members of local popular female fronted metal band 'PROWESS'
After the split Boe (vocals and rythym guitar) & Woody (lead guitar/backing vox) after not being happy with the style and direction of the previous band and huge differences in direction, they decided to form a more groove orientated mashup of big rock riffs,grunge, southern styled rock with such influences ranging from L7,babes in toyland, to Down, clutch, Lynyrd skynyrd, Foo fighters, Velvet revolver, Saliva, The distillers, Stone temple pilots, Queens of the stone age, Breaking benjamin, and the Pretty reckless to name but a few. Drummer Pablo was the first to join, then after months of searching found our bassist in Clair to complete the 'sinisters' line up. With one tune already recorded, the set list is now growing with a diverse range in Big riff,melodic hooks and just a general catchy rock sound, something the band feel no-one does anymore, apart from alot of bands in the US. So decided the UK could do with a band bringing home this style of great music. The band looks set to unleash its live shows early march, brace yourself to rock!!!
