Sinn The Prospect. An artist devoted to keeping the skill of Emceeing alive still exists in this ever changing industry. This Jersey City representative has grown tremendously since his start in 2001. Almost a decade later, Sinn has become a very solid artist and has molded his style from some of the greatest emcees to ever live. Eminem being his biggest influence, he has incorporated a lot of Slim Shady’s artistic ability into his own rhyme scheme and intertwined it with an original flavor. Sinn dropped his first album in 2006 titled “That’s Why I’m Scary” and became a blip on the Jersey City hip-hop radar. Even though most of the lyrics (Highly influenced by The Lox at the time) conflicted with his true lifestyle, Sinn quickly realized that hip-hop was more than claiming false characteristics and decided to write with more authenticity rather than depicting a life that wasn’t truly himself. Hence came his second album “My Lifestyle” which debuted mid 2008 and was an even bigger success than his prior works, but had still contained material that didn’t showcase the true Sinn. Even though Sinn had always had a solid grasp on music, he still hadn’t come to complete fruition. As time continued, he progressed into a smarter, eclectic and more conceptual artist, and knew there was more work to be done. In October 2009 he released yet another album entitled “The Definition of Real”, and undoubtedly, TDOR had triumphed once again over his past records and gave birth to a totally new Sinn The Prospect. TDOR had been the first album where Sinn reigned over a plethora of beats and incorporated an unorthodox flow, but most importantly, had captivated the true artists personality. TDOR also was the first album that touched a more vast array of people than his last projects due to its internet presence and shed light on the hard work that gave birth to such an outstanding artists. Finally, after over 8 months of daily writing and an immense amount of thought, Sinn The Prospect brings you his newest album “In The Distance”.
