SINTONIK has released two self produced EP's entitled ''SCIAMACHI'' and ''The Revolution''. SINTONIK has two singles released and available for airplay "INSIDE MY DREAMS", and "THE SICKNESS", Both of which have been aired on several of the hottest radio stations and net stations across America and around the globe. Those who have witnessed SINTONIK’s live performance have described it as a pure adrenaline rush. With front man Kevin Owen’s soaring vocals, bassist Derek DaPrano’s ground pounding bass tones, guitarist Anthony Mattox’s superior guitar wizardry, Markus Wells’ blistering solos and drummer Chris Castro’s precise pumping rhythms the band is poised to take the rock revolution to the next horizon.
In 2010, SINTONIK had the honor of recording with red hot producer Brett Hestla, former bassist of Creed and lead singer of Dark New Day. Hestla’s latest producing successes include Framing Hanley and their break away hit “Lollipop” as well as Tantric’s most recent album “Mind Control”. When the opportunity arose, the guys packed up and headed down to Orlando, FL to record a 5 song EP entitled “The Revolution”. It will soon be available for purchase on iTunes and all major music download sites!
Since SINTONIK’s inception 4 years ago, they’ve spent their time touring incessantly across the U.S. the old fashioned way- honing their skills and paying their dues in the club scene. During that time they’ve played well over 400 shows in support of their debut self produced EP “Sciamachi” and their Brett Hestla produced EP “The Revolution”. Sintonik has shared the stage with several of the top national bands including Saving Abel, Tantric, Red, The Veer Union, Pop Evil, 10 Years, Saliva, Egypt Central, Taproot, Evans Blue, Rev Theory, The Exies and many more.
In the spring of 2010, SINTONIK had the honor of touring 40 cities as direct support for multi- platinum selling artist Tantric on the “Mind Control” Tour. Over the course of the tour, the two bands became very close and Tantric’s lead singer and founder, Hugo Ferreira, took the band under his wing and is now mentoring the band on their journey up the ranks of rock. SINTONIK recently completed their full length debut album in the studio with him and are preparing for its 2013 release.
