Bio
Ever the proteiform artist Alice Daquet walks the thin line intersecting various completely differnet universes : fondamental research, musical creation and art. Alone or in conjounction with established artistes and performers, she breeds a truly global body of work.
At 23, she already claims a long-running past as a teenage punkette from age 14 to 19 she ransacks as many café-concerts as possible with her crew- but also that of a true experimentalist, via her scholarship at IRCAM where she dwells on the use of new technologies in music.
Hers is a case of extreme artistic schyzophrenia that has Daquet partake in an incredible array of art ventures ranging from multimedia to performance art via music and without the charachter loosing the slightest of its rage.
Under the Sir Alice moniker, she develops an original musical project that effortlessly blends experimental music, electronics and punk.
