Sir John & Baron Toresen, alias John Ornes and Reinart Toresen is from the vest coast of Norway.
Sir John are singing and handling the strings while Baron Toresen sings and play the harmonica. I think these two have made their own fantastic sound on their debut cd. It grooves great all the way trough. “Green Mean Machine” is simply a cd that will tune you up.
The boys (mostly John) has written 6 of the songs, the rest are cover songs that glides very nice in to the album. That speaks for it self when there are songs from Little Walter, Elmore James, The Blues Band and ZZ Top on the cd.
I very much look forward to hear what these guys will come up with next;

Music are influed by blues players from USA mixed with the iron sound from the lands of vikings... We just sound different from all other bands and artists. Had our first and only cd realise in July 2007. Have playd on the same festivals that big legends as Iggy Pop, Blues Brothers, Gary More, Chuck Berry and so on....
Our history started on a cold winter nigt in a green mean machine (green Toyota hiace 1985 model)
This evel machine stopped far away from everywhere when we were on a consert tour. It was a cold experience.
