Sirpreme

Sirpreme, a native of New York, now living in the Carolinas began his quest at an early age and found himself in all aspects of the entertainment industry. He has had the honor of working with a number of major recording artists. In 1999, he accepted a position as a college representative in marketing/promotions at Def Jam/Murder Inc. Records. He then had the privilege to work with people such as Dex Diamond, Glen Williams, and Vice President Tarick Williams. Later he became an assistant project coordinator and relocated to Manhattan, New York. At this time, he began to promote and market Murder Inc’s upcoming and established artists to program directors, music directors, and mix show coordinators as well as network with the various radio stations and their affiliates. He played a major role in assisting Ashanti’s first single, “Foolish” to hit the mainstream airwaves. This opportunity allowed Sirpreme to gain valuable experience about the music industry. In 2002, the promotion/marketing campaign ended with Murder Inc. He moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota only to return back to his stomping ground of the Carolinas. He began to search for artists that had a unique sound and swagger in order to break the industry doors using his background of marketing and promoting. After many attempts, Sirpreme decided to step out from behind the scenes and move to the forefront as an artist himself. Sirpreme’s distinctive style can best be described as a unique blend of Northern/Southern/Midwest/West Coast/Underground Hip-Hop. Sirpreme’s ability to blend into any genre demonstrates that he is the new breed of music entertainment.
