Sister

We are life long singing sisters but we started our professional track "Sister" in 2000 with an original set of 8 songs called "Child". Child became a regional hit with a good following of fans. Building on that success, we followed with a holiday recording "A Holiday Mixed Bag" and then most recently "There Goes My Heart" which features more lead singing with fabulous back up vocals, some solid trio sounds, and all original "Sister" songs with one common theme: Be fabulous and fearless!

Sister is set apart from other bands because we are super stable. We love each other, know our individual roles and are ready for success. We are also set apart because we are so connected to what we sing -- it comes from experience, from the heart and we live it everyday. Our influences: Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Ann and Nancy Wilson and the harmony of the Eagles run through our arrangements and our vocals in a way that's both new and old at the same time. We are also set apart because we can sing live, we can sing accapella, and we are the real deal in every way. There is no smoke and mirrors -- we can back every thing up in a single song.

The next chapter in our story reads "those girls went from Minnesota to Austin and turned the world upside down with their amazing music" And the rest is, as they say, history.
