"Fizzy fuzz-pop at its finest. London's Sisters are getting us hot under the collar."

There's something about Sisters. The way a sound so forceful and immediate doesn't overwhelm. The way the vocals overlap like they were born to sit against one another. It's been done before, this fuzzy noise-pop, but it's never sounded so fresh and thrilling......... - DIY

"Sisters - Vice Magazine/Noisey"

You know those big ice cream sundaes that they sell in restaurants? They come in a big glass, doused in chocolate sauce, marshmallows and sometimes, nuts. The best bit was always the bottom, where a pool of chocolatey goodness would gather, ready to be scooped up and given as a present to your salivating mouth.

They’ve got one of those ice creams in the new video by Sisters. A girl licks it continuously and in doing so, emancipates the next three and a half minutes of seemingly playful, stoned humour of this new band from London. Alongside the rainbow drop, cotton candy-eyed fuzz though, comes a drizzling of angst-driven frenzy, suggesting that, yes, Sisters are probably ones to keep an eye on in the future. - Vice Magazine

"11 of Today's Best Bands that party like it's 1994"

Sisters: We don't half love Sisters. Why? There's no style over substance with this trio, just massive insanely infectious fuzz-rock pop that brings the Britpop, grunge and shoegaze sounds of the 90s racing into the future with awesome results. Ladies and gentlemen, meet your new favourite band. - Gigwise

"This is the best fuzzed-up track we've heard in yonks."

London's Sisters aren't concerned with diverting your attention from the very off, but in a song like 'Sun Walk', they eventually make their point loud and clear. Its opening seconds hiss by in a haze of nothingness, all until the rhythm section suddenly finds its bearings and the song steams up into an absolute monster of a track. Vocalist Aoife adds to the frenzy, screaming "I won't tell anybody / cause I'm ashamed and sorry" - the complete antithesis of calm. This is the best fuzzed-up track we've heard in yonks. - DIY

"20 tracks you have to hear this week - NME"

The debut single from Limerick-born three-piece Sisters, ‘Hush Hush’ is a fizzing introduction to a band already pricking ears with their clattering lo-fi. Bassist Aoife’s backing vocals pierce through the layers of fuzz and frontman Niall’s commanding tones, shrilly singing, “You won’t let me see it with my eyes/Leave, I won’t cry” over sunshine-bright melodies that hide any sense of her anguish. - NME

"Hush Hush Premiere"

As the end of the year draws ever-nearer and the world of music begins to round up the best of all that we heard in 2013, attention also turns to the ones to watch in the year ahead. Here's an early tip for you: Sisters. Listen to the an exclusive premiere of their new single 'Hush Hush' below.

Sisters are a raucous but awesome three piece from Limerick, Ireland. With Andrew on drums, Aoife on bass and vocals and Niall on guitar and vocals, they bring a DIY attitude back to the fore, and they do it loud. Produced by Alalal (famed for Rufus Wainwright, The Rapture, The Vaccines and Metronomy), 'Hush Hush' is the perfect encapsulation of Sisters in one short, sharp burst of awesome.

Here are five reasons to fall in love with Sisters, and why 'Hush Hush' is worth three minutes and 28 seconds of your precious time:
1. When you're told they're 'ones to watch', it's for all the right reasons. There's no style over substance, just phat and beefy fuzz-rock done properly
2. The sheer balls-out bravado of their towering wall of sound
3. They make shamelessly infectious pop, that's never too sickly sweet
4. Their knack of driving rhythms, pumelling riffs and hypnotics make for an almighty combination
5. You're going to hear a lot of 1990s references, but Sisters kick shoegaze up the arse and bring the halcyon sounds of yesteryear racing into the future - Gigwise
