Six Feet High and Rising was formed in 2010 by Ralph Curtis. Ralph not only has the Johnny Cash look he also performs Johnny's songs with vocal authenticity and enthusiasm just like Johnny did. The band consists of Ralph aka Johnny, Debbie Wilson aka June Carter Cash, Bill Worrell on Bass Guitar, Greg Underwood on Drums and Tom Wheeler on Keys.
