Formed in 1995, Six Percent started off as a Ska/Punk band drawing influences from Goldfinger, Less Than Jake, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and The Urge. After 7 years playing regional and national act support shows, the band decided to break in 2001. In the spring of 2010, Six Percent reformed to do a one off reunion show, generating new interest in the group, pushing them to return to ground zero and reinvent their sound. Returning to the scene as a completely new machine, with a sound distinctly their own, Six Percent is poised to fill the void in the music industry.
