Six Til Sunrise

The band Six Til Sunrise formed in July of 2009. The band members have a wide variety of individual history. The age of the members go from as young as 18 to the oldest member being 40. As a band we are just pushing our first recordings of our first set of originals. Though some of the songs are as old three years old. The band collaborated all of our past experiences, original songs and styles, brought them together and made Six Til Sunrise. Our recordings were recorded in our home studio, Sunrise Studios. We have a wide variety of influences including, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Foo Fighters, Billy Joel, Sting, and The Police, Cold Play, Dave Matthews Band, Ray Charles, and many many more. We are six music heads, all we know is music. We live, eat, drink, think music all the time.

Many of the members have one many various past group and solo awards in 1991, Mike Napier, in the group Stone Flesh, was nominated for best rock video in the Road Runner Video Awards. In 2007 Kenny Mitchell, keys, and Blaine Hardy earned 2nd place in Gainesville Ga's Battle of the Bands competition in their duo group Nowhere America. Levi Briles, Jacob Carney, and Jacob Carney have won various awards in marching, jazz, symphonic, and many various music awards. Levi Briles was a first chair Bands of America jazz saxophonist player in 2007.
