"The Lyrical Minister"- aka Frank T. Skarrz, known in the streets of N.Y. simply as SKARRZ is a beast in the rap game! Born Rodney Rollins in th Bronx N.Y. area and educated as a youth in Harlem N.Y. Rodney Rollins saw first hand what it was like in the streets of New York. Watching guys like AZ, Rich Porter and others do their thing in the streets. Being a good student in and out of the classroom, with learning the keys to survival, Frank T. Skarrz was born! Always staying true to what he knows and believes in Skarrz flow and word play is unequal. Searching out for something new and original at all times Skarrz come to the front with the single "STREETLIFE' a story told to music! Frank T. Skarrz has a JAY-Z like feel to his flow, clear, intelligent, professional,interesting. If you're tired of the same ol' - check this dude out!!
