Skates is a music artist from the DMV who co founded BrothasBoysEntertainment (BBE) which started in 2010. His music which includes the popular protohype mixtape series can be found on datpiff.com. In 2017 Skates released his very popular single “Juice” which received radio play and streamed on all music platforms across the world. In 2018 Skates recorded the theme song for the Washington Wizards NBC Sports show. Later on in 2018 he landed another hit they received radio play and was heard in clubs. Skates scores another big hit titled “SouthSide” which shined light on the south side of Washington DC. The song received huge radio play from stations such as 93.9 WKYS and WPGC 95.5. Skates has been consistent through out the years with releasing numerous songs and videos on YouTube and soundcloud and all streaming platforms. Skates has sold out The Fillmore Silver Spring and legendary places such as the legendary Howard Theater just to name a few.
