Sketches have been playing in venuesnationwide for the past eighteen months and have supported the likes ofManchester Orchestra, Captain and Make Model. The Leeds based four piece havebeen awarded local and national radio airplay from BBC 6 to XFM London.
Sofar this year, Sketches have played at Austria's 'Snowbombing Festival', reachedthe finals of the 'Futuresound competition' with the opportunity to play at bothLeeds and Reading festival, and awarded a support slot with The Datsuns at theCamden Barfly by making the top ten in the nationwide 'Red StripeAwards'.
The band have recently begun working with Fraser Smith (formersongwriter/keyboard player of Shed Seven) who has produced music by manysuccessful bands such as Winterkids and Little Man Tate.

Sketches will be releasing their debut single 'Slow Start' as a download and limited edition vinyl in May.
