Feeling a bit camera shy

Skye and UniverSoul Sounds are here and they are taking over by any means necessary. The San Francisco band mixes the ingredients of rock, funk, soul and hip-hop to make one original sound they call "Urban Rock." Skye originally from the Show Me State of Missouri, nurtures the sounds with her gospel and soulful roots. Skye never fails to get an audience on its feet with her powerful voice, creative lyrics and commanding stage performance.

GUITAR-Jude Gold is truly the man with the Golden Touch. Jude is a Berkeley native and has rightfully earned a reputation as one of the finest and most in demand guitarist in the san francisco area. He likes to play where rock, soul, blues and hip hop overlap.

DRUMS-Parker Daggett has been bringing quality drumming in full force. He has had the priviledge to study with some of the world's most renowned percssionists including Joe Porcaro and Ralph Humphrey. Parker has toured extensively on both coasts and his dedication to his instrument shows in his rock-solid and tasteful drumming.

KEYBOARDS-Steve Hogan was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Steve has been performing all his life and studied jazz piano for four years under the teachings of legendary Don Haas. Equally comfortable in the worlds of jazz, rock and R&B, Steves's versatality has earned him a reputation as one of he best keyboardist around.

BASS-Chris McGee has been laying down the funk since he was knee high to a polecat. Hailing from San Diego, Chris began with the drums at age 12. In 1990 he moved to the San Francisco area and began playing bass. Chris has rocked the house with the likes of Monster Zero, Lembas, 008, Muffuletta and Stymie and the Pimp Jones Luv Orchestra. Chris always lays down funky thick grooves and gives his all in every show.
