Slick 33 started out as a cassette and a dream!! Slick 33 put out his first album on July of last year, 2006. Since his internet introduction, Slick 33 has gone worldwide in popularity, doing gigs as far as Japan, Canada, Germany, England, and recently just hit Chicago, Illinois.
Slick 33 influences would have to start with Billy Idol, Tom Petty, Lenny Kravitz, Boston, Chicago, Def Leppard, Rick Ocasek, Bon Jovi.......KID ROCK!!!!!!!
What sets Slick 33 off from other bands would have to be the fact that Ollie, the main man, has the uncanny ability to rouse crowds and sell cd's with just a smile!! He can start a crowd up like Kid Rock!! There's no party until the "Slick" shows up!!
