Bio
Emerging from the city of North Charleston, South Carolina, Slim Beezy released his first Ep in 2005 as a Sample Disc. Batter’s Up, My Turn 2 Swing, Tha Mixtape, was his next project he release right before his deployment to Iraq, in 2008. Upon his return he debuted his first single "Rollin Wit Me" to the radio, but put his solo career on hold to help create the group Trilla Boyz. After numerous shows and awards, including song of the year by Geechee One Magazine, He began to start back on his solo career. He is currently pushing the first single "She Like Dat" from his EP "Out Numbered," right before he releases his full LP. His latest Album, Boss Status, melds Slim Beezy's singular wordplay with his Gullah/Geechee Culture to produce a disc overflowing with club bangers. Appealing to hip-hop fans and non-hip-hop fans alike, with standout tracks like "808 Luv," and "Top Down Low," don't be surprised if you find Slim Beezy at the top of the hip-hop charts and beyond.
