Bio
I'm a local farmer that wasn't hearing enough classic country music being played locally. I took it upon myself to change that. Currently I'm at over 900 songs from Hank and Buck Owens to the newest Chris Stapleton and Luke Combs. No Lynyrd Skynyrd. Every time someone requests them I play a George Strait song. I come from a rock-n-roll/metal background. I write songs also. Currently working on recordings of current music. I play at 35+ local bars, watering holes, breweries, special events, and 1 county fair. I'd like to add more venues to this ever growing list. Played 200 shows a year the last few years. I took a bit more time off this year but will still be over 160. Any place I've ever played, I have been invited back. That's a good feeling. One of the biggest compliments I get is on the great volume level. I play a different show every night. No set lists. I also play in a Duo, SlimJim and a 5 piece band SlimJim and the Broken Windows.
