Robert Sotelo is Sloedub and brings to you Sloedub Experience. A blend of Reggae Roots, Dub, Ska, and a touch of Rockers, heavily guitar driven, a sound that Robert is known for. Influenced by such greats as Lynn Tait, Earnest Ranglin, Wes Montgomery, Carlos Santana, & Chinna Smith. Robert plays his soul out as they did. Robert has performed on stage with Jamaican artist such as Phylis Dillon, Eric" Monty" Morris(foundation SKA), Rico Rodriguez(Trombone), Pato Banton, Half Pint(studio one Style), Leroy Sibbles(Heptones) and Local L.A bands The Allentons(SKA), Irie Beats (DUB REGGAE), & Kingston 10, Robert now brings an experienced sound, Sloedub Experience. Robert reunites with the original Irie Beats Bassist Thomas Ochoa and John Asher on Drums Los Angeles' Premiere reggae Drummer. Also included are Memo and Fessor from Pacha Mama Estela on Riddim Guitar and Tenor Sax, these youngster got what it take to carry the ruff n'tuff Reggae sound. Then, we have direct from El Salvador, C.A., Christian Escamillas on the Trombone. He's best known for being singer and Trombonist with L.A.'s Raskahuele. Big hit in the Latino Ska scene.
