Bio

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. From day, one I had music on my mind. In my early years, music became a very important part of my life Inspired by my older sister, my great aunt and other members of my family on my mother and father side. I wrote and produced my first songs at age 15. I entered the schools talent show and walked away with 1st place three years in a row. This is when it all began. I started working on my first album under the management and production of Aubrey Dunham for A&D Records and completed my first EP and video in 1992 entitled “Life Is a Game” by: Prince Cold Crush. During my Texas County tour, I had the pleasure of opening up for “Mystikal“ at the Boomerang Club in Houston, Texas. In 1993, I began a production of a jazz album for Aubrey Dunham entitled “Aubrey Dunham the Saxes ”. Upon the completion of his album during his tour, we had the pleasure of opening up for “Peace of a Dream” at the Harris County Civic Center in Houston, Texas. By the year 1994, I became a mentor in the art of rap and performances for young kids teaching them to write, perform and produce. Many of my students went on to become very successful at there newly learned craft. After my long road of teaching, in 1995, I moved to Georgia, to create my own independent Record Co. called “Smooth Game Records”. Putting together the group called “Wreckin’ Session” I wrote and produced three albums entitled “Who B Stunting” completed by 1997, “Who Got That Hot” completed by 1999 and “The Test” completed by 2000. During that time, bringing in new young talent to the table like “Duce” Single entitled “Just Free Styling “ completed by 2001, “Grady” Single entitled “Grady’s World” completed by 2002, “Gator” Single entitled “Too Far Gone” completed by 2003, and “Stylist” Single entitled “Must Be the Wildest” completed by 2003. I took a little time for my self and Branched off from the group Wreckin’ Session by the end of 2003, to write and produce four ‘solo albums’ of my own under the name “Smooth Eclipse”. Albums entitled “King Cocaine” completed by 2004, “Straight up G-A” completed by 2005, “Freak Show” completed by 2006 and this one “I Just Can’t Stop Loving U” completed in 2007. In addition, more too come, so far I have devoted my life to my music. Stepping up on my writing skills, hitting harder with my beats and improving my record company, I hope to get on the radio and plan my next tour
