Not to many artist today can say that they have a unique, one of a kind sound. That is what you get out of when you hear the music that Sir Smurf creates. His music is catchy and also has originality and his personality all over everything that he does. He started rapping in 1999 and first recorded a song in 2001 called : "Da Acres" which is a song talking about his neighborhood which is called Colony Acres in Charlotte,Nc. With guidance from his uncle which at the time had his own record label called Fa Real Records in Charlotte,Nc taught him the ins and outs of the music industry. He took that combined that with his knowledge of music to create such wonderful music. His music is in a genre of its own called Real Rap. With songs like Play Tyme Dun, Checc My Resume, and Smurf World are all songs that puts you directly in the mind of Sir Smurf. His upcoming 1st studio mixtape; Play Tyme Dun is set to be released in Spring 2012. It will include features from B.O.S.S., Kazpa Da Oracle, Bucu Da Prophet and many more. I
