"Album Review"

"When I first listened to Snir Yamin's songs, the first thing that caught my ear was his incredible vocal performance.
This young but yet super professional Israeli singer/songwriter emerged to be one of his countries best singers and I can definitely understand why.
His unique sound and the raw emotions that he brings to his songs are hearts melting and very fresh."

"Album Review"

"If I close my eyes, I can almost envision a young Snir Yamin with a guitar in hand, one leg propped, playing for a square full of enamored ladies clutching at their hearts and slowly swaying from left to right. His Urban Stories EP contains three beautiful, very sweet songs, all carried with his very strong voice. "
Rate: 3.7 out of 5. - The Equal Ground

"Album Review"

“Missed Love” was another fantastic song that uses a slow, methodical, hypnotizing array of sounds to hook the listener. The most amazing part is that the song is so simple, yet so complicated. It’s just a violin (or perhaps a cello, or perhaps both) and guitar. What makes the song so amazing is that Yamin’s voice is put on full display in this song, while the music provides melodic accompaniment and turns this song into a masterpiece." - MarsBands

"World Tour Article"

"Snir has toured his homeland of Israel from top to bottom, played the pubs of London, and spent some time in New York City; but this time around Snir is looking to cover more cities as he supports the release of his new album "Urban Stories"." - All Voices

"All Voices Article"

"Snir Yamin's life has been about new things and change. An only child, he found it hard to leave his Mom home alone - his Dad was killed in an auto accident when Snir was two years old -; but knowing that music was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life, Snir left home and began traveling the country playing his guitar and singing. Snir said that at his first show there was only three people present, including the bartender. By the time he had finished the tour, he had amassed a crowd of 6,000 people." - All Voices

"Interview with Snir Yamin"

So why don’t you introduce and can you tell us more about yourself?

My name is Snir Yamin. I’m a 23-year-old musician born and raised in a small town in Israel. My music career started seven years ago while performing in various small venues across the country. Through the years, I developed a unique sound and bring my own style to the stage and to the studio, style that I like to call Soft Rock. My first experience with recording studios began on 2008 when I tracked almost a full album in a small studio with a real talented producer. Two singles came out and got some great items and interest, I got booked on some big venues in front of thousands of people as me as lead act together with other experienced artists in Israel, I’ve got interviewed in one of the biggest newspapers in Israel. - Vents Magazine

"Interview with Snir Yamin"

The relaxing, heartfelt rock of Snir Yamin, an Israeli-born singer/songwriter who is quickly making a name for himself stateside, was just what the doctor ordered following PEV’s Thanksgiving Day feasting. The soft tones and thoughtful lyrics, a wonderful backdrop to the post turkey calorie wallop. There’s good reason we sought out an interview with Yamin – the artist has emerged as one of his countries best, from a music scene where success isn’t easily found. Snir says “The music industry in Israel is pretty small; there is something like 10 experienced artists and six or seven prestige venues to perform through the week. Do the simple math and you’ll get it.” - Pens Eye View Magazine

"Urban Stories EP Review"

Review: Israeli singer-songwriter, started to perform his original song seven years ago. After receiving his mother's blessing, Snir took his car, guitar and wallet, and traveled from North Israel to South Israel. Once he arrived, Snir found himself performing in less than ideal conditions. However, his experience along the way made him realize that music was his definitive love and the very thing he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Back in September, 2013 he released his brand new four-track EP Urban Stories to international audiences.

Upon listening, sometimes the beauty of music lies in the slow reeling emotions blanketed with soft simple melody, the songs and sounds that you never actually want to stop. The ones that help you breathe and fall away. Snir Yamin take these factors and rather than use them only for effect, embrace and weave them into his auditory tapestry. - Revolution 360 : PEOPLE THAT MATTER

"Stay Music Video Premiere"

Israeli singer-songwriter Snir Yamin has just released his debut EP entitled Urban Stories. Pairing the heart-on-sleeve sentimentality of Damien Rice with the earnest musical approach of Glen Hansard, Yamin gets to the heart of his music through an unchoreographed dive into honest emotion and lyrical introspection. His songs often describe the tumultuous times during the end of a relationship or when the threat of collapse is looming heavy over both people. But his music isn’t simply heartache therapy; there is a simplicity to the sound and sentiment that keeps it from ever feeling overly maudlin or self-deprecating. Yamin’s music can speak to the masses, but it can also perfectly capture the frustration and loneliness of a single person. - Beats Per Minute Magazine
