Social Fever is a band made up of the best and most dedicated hand picked musicians from the Detroit area. The band formed in late 2005 with the alliance of two local legends, shredder guitarist Joe Anthony, and 2005 Detroit Music Awards Outstanding Rock vocalist Jezter Detroit. These two decided to put together the best rock band that Detroit could offer. The next couple months were spent auditioning every great musician that they could get their hands on. Upon finding the right personnel they started performing a few high profile gigs to reintroduce themselves as Social Fever. Word traveled fast of the furious new sound and spectacular stage performances of this up and coming Detroit "super group".
Next step was to record the material. Joe and Jezter decided that not only did they want the best musicians in the area, but the best studio and engineers as well. Number 6 Recording Studio was the obvious choice with Andy Patalan and Tim Krukowski, both of Sponge fame. This studio, along with Andy and Tim, are known throughout the industry for their high quality professional recordings.
With the best musicians, the best studio, the best sound engineers, and the best rock radio stations, look for Social Fever to be taking control of the airwaves with this latest release. It's time for a change. It's time for SOCIAL FEVER!
