BandAlternativeRock

While making good music is a significant factor regarding the success of a group, it is really only half the battle. The majority of a successful show derives from how a band interacts with their audience, and we strive to make sure that the crowd has as much fun as we do throughout the show.

Biography

Matt and Fred have known each other since 2nd grade. Ahren met Matt through work and they all started jamming a couple years ago. They found Kevin while browsing the Casual Encounters section of Craig's List, and the rest is chemistry. Er, history. Failed both anyways.

Blaster Arm

Written By: Fred Kim

Metallic red, Neon Blue
These are the colors I can shoot at you
Absorb your strengths,
Bind you tight
Too bad you don't have super flight
But if you did, I could still take you
I would shoot you down with super glue
You wanna fight me, first hear my melody

'Cos I have a blaster arm
And it's going to cause you arm
Watch your head, my name is Fred
You're gettin' your ass laser blasted

Get back up pathetic being
Acting like you have a messed up spleen
Turn my back, then go figure,
It's a cheap shot at the Tommy Hilfiger
Sweater I used to conceal
The only weapon that I yield
You're too slow, baby, dodge, dodge, dodge
And I, I shoot back at your ha-ha-ha

'Cos I have a blaster arm
And it's going to cause you arm
Watch your head, my name is Fred
You're gettin' your ass laser blasted

By me, he he he
By me, he he he
By me, he he he
By me, your mom!

Heavy

Written By: Matt Houghton

The night is calm, and my heart is heavy
Your grip is tight, and my heart is heavy
I think it's best to let go
But your touch is so-
I know I said goodbye,
But that look in your eyes turns back time

You said this would pass,
That we'd never change
Our lives were entwined, our souls and brains

The days are slow, and my heart is heavy
Your hand slips from mine, and my heart is heavy
I think it's best to let go,
But my heart is so heavy
I know I said goodbye,
But these tears in my eyes, they've changed my mind

They said this was destined,
That we'd never change
But fate is a cheat,
Nothing's the same

The Last Time I Ate Pizza

Written By: Ahren Scholtz

I've been kicked down again
By the one I would defend
From the harshest and bleak of situations
I've put myself in harms way
As over dinner I hear you say,
"It's been fun, but it's time for me to move."
So I think of that day you went away
And the smell of pepperoni as you left

Since that day I've searched through lies
For the one perfect rhyme
In this world that will get you to come back
'Cos my actions they don't work,
You still think that I'm a jerk
But your reasoning leaves much to be desired
So I think of that day you went away
And the taste of pepperoni on my tongue

I'm still losing, I'm still losing
I'm still losing sleep and sanity
I'm still waiting, I'm still waiting
I'm still waiting at that table you left me at

I've been beat down before
Ad through my clenched teeth I swore
That I would never eat pizza again

Armageddon

Written By: Fred Kim

One more thing to turn the clock
I'm not killing time, I'm slaying days
Seasons come and go like smothered flames
Motionless for hours even my mind loses track
Of whatever it was on,
Whatever it was on

I'll falsely grin, and take it on the chin
Was only half asleep when you were calling him
Emancipate your sins at the cost of my skin
That's how it's always been,
That's how the world will end

The fire fades and fizzles out forever
Undermining, underwriting us utterly
And so the story goes
Can the past remain the past?
It seems too long to,
to last.

I'll falsely grin, and take it on the chin
Was only half asleep when you were calling him
Emancipate your sins at the cost of my skin
That's how it's always been,
That's how the world will end
