Soft Arrows

Emerging into the Brighton scene in 2011, Soft Arrows have taken their 2-piece guitar/drums/vocals set up and set about excavating through the murky history of "guitar music" and directing their findings into DIY underground pop. Grabbing at elements of proto-garage, seasick psych and shoegaze, Soft Arrows write sad pop songs that are raw around the edges, but with shimmering tunes at the centre.

Following shows last year with Ty Segall, Mac Demarco and Dum Dum Girls, and the release of their debut album “All Through The Sinew”, the band will released their 2nd album “Overlapping Lives” in 2013, as well as a split single with MYSTYRYS on Psychic Healing Network. Recorded in a 2 day burst with the team at Sound Savers, London (Flamingods, Dignan Porch) “Overlapping Lives” captures the energy and of Soft Arrows as a live band and the honing of what their DIY pop sing writing.
