So-Han

So-Han's songs do not fit conveniently into any particular style. His overall sound is flavored by the warmth of nylon-stringed acoustic guitar, and his subject matter ranges from death, love, sex, and nature to tea, pirates, crickets, ninjas, zombies, Mothman and gastric bypass. Audiences are captivated by his unique and diverse repertoire which includes acoustic hip-hop, finger-picked love ballads, sea shanties, and a mad gaggle of acoustic folk mutants.
So-Han began his performing and recording career in Santa Cruz, California, where the beauty of nature and frequent ninja attacks provided creative fodder. He spent a year travelling, performing and recording in Santa Barbara, New Orleans, Asheville, NC, Burlington, VT, and pretty much anywhere else that people have ears. He is currently living in Austin, Texas, the Live Music Capitol of the World (and the Regular Capitol of Texas)
