Solaris Musici

Darin Carter (Solaris Musici) is a musician, composer, poet, graphic artist, and dancer. With the ability to create sounds to move and have passionate desire, SM has the ability compose some pulsating rhythmic tunes in the genres of Electro Progressive, Progressive Trance, and Ambient. A natural artist and poet with both a creative eye and ear for composition, he started dancing lessons at the early age of 5 and began music lessons at 8 years old. He became interested in the underground subcultures of break dancing and electronic music while in middle school. Going to his first rave in middle school not only opened his eyes to passionate connectivity through music, but also opened doors to another world.

At age 12 Darin began his journey to producing music, starting out with nothing but a baby grand piano, and a tape recorder. Darin sat there creating rhythmic ideas with the resonant sounds of a piano, banging his fist on the table for the bass drum, and sounds from his mouth for sub basses. Dedicated as he was, his father has arranged for Darin to start using CuBase VST. There, he started to layout tracks. Over the years, Darin picked up DeeJaying under the psuedonym DeeJai Aura. Collecting records from DANCERECORDS.com, Aura gained a library full of his favorite tracks. Putting two together, he decided he wanted to have his songs played live, and his song pressed to vinyl.

Darin then came up with the moniker Solaris Musici, his very first name for producing. From time to time, SM would spin at house parties and small events. Time past and Solaris recieved his first gig to play as a Live PA artist in California. The crowd grew to it and loved it. SM also did a 2x4 set with Ohios infamous Project Rain and had everyone dancing. He knew this was his niche. Darin was picked up from ISMS Records and continues to make music under that company. Coming out with tracks such as "World of Mischief", and "Sunrise feat. Lauren Kahn".
