Founded in 1999 by Elder Edward L. Taylor, SFC Ministries endeavors to work within their community in the following manner: to serve the less fortunate in shelters, food giveaways, clothes drives, empowering young adults through the music ministry and ministry conferences and demonstrate to people that you can have an abundant life by live Holy.
The music ministry of Solely For Christ is currently working on their first album, entitled, Be Encouraged. SFC has opened for World Known Gospel Artists such as Darryl Coley and CeCe Winans during her 2005 Throne Room Church Tour. They have also ministered during Pastor Shirley Caesar Williams’ Family Reunion in 2004. They opened for Todd Curry and Focus during their 2006 National Promotional Tour. SFC opened up for Martha Munizzi in April 2007. In 2009 they opened for Prophetess Juanita Bynum at Pastor Shirley Caesar Williams Birthday Celebration. Most recently, SFC performed in Rejoice Gospel Talent Showcase in Greensboro, NC.
SFC Ministries’ members represent various age groups and various churches in the Piedmont Triad area. SFC strives to live by the scripture found in 1 Peter 1:16, “Be ye holy for I am holy”.
