It is our pleasure to endorse and introduce someone new to the songwriting arena, Mr. Scott Oliver.
Oliver has played, directed and arranged music for 24 years and we are excited about his potential in the songwriting arena. Our favorite of the 3 tracks we listened to was, "We've come to give you praise" a unique Christian Contemporary themed song. We asked Oliver what his mission in songwriting is and he replied, "To inspire and encourage as many people as I can with the abilities God gave me." - The Grace Voice

Bio
Scott Oliver, a gospel music veteran musician, director, writer, arranger, and trainer, formed Solover Music in 2004. Oliver was a classically trained pianist from ages 4-12 and also played the clarinet, baritone and alto saxophone. He bagan to play by ear as a church musician at age 18 after a 6 year hiatus. Oliver developed his skills by playing for groups and choirs at Western Illinois University from 1984 to 1989. Oliver moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1989, and played for several churches and groups, culminating by being an organist and vocal training for the CD project, "New Joy" by Michael Ford and New Joy. Oliver also co founded and was the first trainer/musician for Reba Praise, who recorded the CD project, "Gospel Journey" in 2006. Solover music is his initials SO and lover= to affect men. The purpose of Solover Music is simply to let the world see the skills and abilities God has given him so they can be blessed by those skills and abilities.
