Bio
SolStar is a world-renowned indie band built on a foundation of sustainable art and music. Since uniting as a rhythmical family in Atlanta, Ga (2011), the quintet is quickly gaining international notoriety for its culturally diverse sound & performing artistry. The collective is comprised of five light beings: lead vocalist/guitarist/fluteist, Zayani Rose, percussionist/vocalist, Makasala RE, premier dancer/vocalist, SabToeZ, bass guitarist/vocalist, Prince StarZoen, and violinist/vocalist/rapper Mos Infinite.
As avid performers, the jam band has played over 150 shows, including live shows and festivals in Asheville, South Carolina, DC, Virginia, Atlanta, Miami and NYC. SolStar has also made appearances via live radio shows and local television programming.
Nearing their 2 year anniversary, SolStar has released its debut album 'GOLD' on 12.21.2012
