Somalii Rose Gold born May 10th 1986. Somalii originates from a background of music and culture and growing up in Brooklyn New York, Somalii was exposed to not only the glitz and glamour of the music industry but also to the life behind the music.
Leaving Brooklyn, at the age of 10, Somali and her family moved to Atlanta, Georgia. At the age of 15, Somalii started writing poetry and by the time she was 18, she had started to record in the studio. From that point on, she found the VOICE within herself.
Somalii has always been in love with the craft of music. Music lives within her soul, she admits to being addicted to it like a drug. “I can’t get enough of the sound waves that move us in life. It's truly amazing, how music makes us feel…. if you feel the love of music, you can feel me….” Somalii is known to be a loving and caring person. She decided to take a course in the medical field to become a caregiver, since taking care and nurturing people is something that she loves to do. Somalii Rose Gold’s goal in life is to use her voice to touch people of different cultures throughout the world as well as the new generations to come.....
