"Somehow Sorry Tops Durst Building"

Somehow Sorry Scores Free Billboard in Times Square
To Promote the Art of Music

John and Raine McCarthy, the talented duo behind Zoomoozik Rock Artists Somehow Sorry, found a tremendous promotional opportunity on line from Eye In The Sky, part of the Durst Organization in Manhattan, NY. The couple saw a blip on the Opt online main page that read “If you‘re an artist, come to Manhattan and be photographed with a sign advertising your art. It will be displayed free for 1 month on 2,500 sq foot electronic screen billboard atop 48 story building in Times Square”. Well, the smart singer and her guitar-playing husband took down this extraordinary information and contacted the company, believing that ‘music is art’.

Eye In The Sky agreed and a picture of guitarist Johnny McCarthy holding a sign billboard reads "Somehow Sorry Rocks NY”. The band’s billboard goes up Friday March 14th, location 4 Times Square & 112 w 44th St and will be in rotation with other artists for a month. We at Zoomoozik salute the Durst family for promoting art in NY thru the giant screen. We believe music is art at too and want to congratulate the band for this awesome opportunity. Somehow Sorry’s well-designed website is worth checking out and so is their music. and - Somehow Sorry Rocks NY and the world!

Song Notes:
Keeping the genre of music in mind, is the song writing, song performance, and recording of professional quality?
Your music is indeed heart-felt and passionate. Your song "Fit To be Tied" was a great surprise. You have a good voice and It draws you in to listen more carefully. I would encourage you to add all the recordings you have. I like to hear harmonies and your chemistry together is right on. It fills and builds up especially in "Say Please". Your music is excellent and well produced. I like "Rainy Daze" especially at the beginning. Good energy and lyrics are relatable on that one. I am impressed that the band is so tight. That Is hard for me to say after listening to hundreds of bands who just don't have that. Your drummer is spot-on and really keeps everything together. You both are good songwriters. This combination of performance, song structure and mix Is a winning combination. I am anxious to hear what you've been working on because I really hear potential! Great job. Keep writing and performing.
Again, I was pleasantly surprised by your music. Great guitar work, vocals and songwriting and your recordings were quality. Please share with me more so I can begin to better understand what I can do to help. Work on your website, even create your own, drive fans to listen and buy to Zoomoozik. I am here to help so keep in touch. I only know what you need when you ask me! Let’s work on your bio and PR some soon…
