Son 1 and The Insurgents is a progressive, Urban Alternative band that came together in mid 2007. The band features an innovative and wildly entertaining emcee (Son1) and an amazing three piece consisting of drums, bass and guitar. The influences range from Rage Against The Machine to The Roots.
