Feeling a bit camera shy

The duets debut concert took place at the danish Spot festival 2010 in a filled up ''lille sal'' concert hall. 300 people came to hear what the young Icelandic starlett Disa and the danish press darling and troubadour Mads Mouritz had going on in their common project, Song For Wendy.
Behind this humble title is a number of interpretations of... poems, to mention from the anthology ''Poem for the Day'' with a foreward from the award-winning contemporary English poet, Wendy Cope. The poems are from the last 400 years and have now been made into timeless and romantic songs.
Cosmic folk, played on electronic devices, acoustic guitar and sung in two voices.
In december 2010, Song For Wendy have been recording a number of intimate live concerts as material for their debut album, due next fall 2011.
