Sonia Terol was born in Madrid, in a family of artists. Since she was concerned about the arts and 5 years starts dancing lessons with her mother, teacher and professional dancer, and then Victor Ullate.

Becoming a teenager discovers the potential of your voice. A voice she inherited from her maternal grandfather, Pedro Terol, one of the leading baritones of Spain.

In 2004 she recorded her second album "Sonia Terol, Zarzuela-jazz." There, as in the previous re-fuse two seemingly different worlds: The Operetta and Jazz, resulting in an album that combines the elegance of Jazz with beauty and nostalgia of the romances of our beloved genre, la Zarzuela.

Since 2006 she combines music with her teaching in the world of physical therapy from a unique method of physical rehabilitation and postural correction: RCCP or "Terol Method."
Sonia guided by a personal search and a very strong spiritual restlessness begins to develop the "Music for Enlightenment." In it, from music and texts of some of the most important teachers of our time developing what we might identify as "self music": Music for healing and spiritual healing.
