Growing up Belizean in the rough streets of Chicago, PATMAN has gone from being known as a local artist to a nationwide fan favorite. With a fan base growing by the thousands he definitely will make a huge impact on today’s hip hop music industry. “I’m bringing nothing but positive heat to the airwaves. I want to prove to the world that you can still be sucessful in this industry without using profanity.
Born Patrick Meighan, PATMAN a.k.a. Son of Chicago (Mr. S.O.C.) has already been linked with and embraced by several artist and celebrities such as Jay Z, Fat Joe, The Game, Young Jeezy, Irv Gotti, Ja Rule, Buffy The Body, Jadakiss, Junior Reid, Ben One, B Fats, Katt Williams, Ray J, Fonzworth Bentley, GLC and Debo, just to name a few.
PATMAN has a look that is undeniably appealing to the eye and a swagger that has already captured the attention of many. This young Chicagoan son is looking to take the music, acting and model industry by storm. With a flow that seems too good to be true. He possesses the rare ability to write and perfect his own lyrics. PATMAN is what you get when you mix a commercial look with real talent.
PATMAN has showcased his talent at several high schools throughout the Chicago area with his amazing stage performance. Not only has he blazed many stages in his hometown, The Son of Chicago (Mr. S.O.C.) has also had crowds jumping in the Dirty South, East and West Coast. From performing at the Magic Show at the Convention Center in Las Vegas to being welcomed by Harlem’s, New York very own Rucker Park.
PATMAN has accomplished so much in a short period of time since joining VEN Entertainment Group PATMAN already has several endorsement and sponsorship deals under his belt. His freshmen CD is scheduled to be release in the Summer of 2009 titled “SON OF CHICAGO”. His debut album, Son of Chicago “C.H.I.C.A.G.O” will be ready to hit local radio stations in the Midwest soon. Other hits off the CD like Hotta Than Da Sun, That’s My Swag, I Want It, I Know, Everyday, Hit Da Floor, With You, What’s Good, Jewels and Ride Like Me, it won’t be long before this young hot prodigy be rewarded for his hard work.
