She was signed to Disney Records with the former all girl rock band called KSM where she played the bass guitar and sang background vocals. This band was mentored by the Go-Gos and worked closely with Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil. This group toured the country opening for acts such as the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, David Archuleta and others. Sophia recently left the band to attend Columbia University in NYC while also pursuing a writing and solo career in music.
