Bio
Sophisticated Lemons was founded in 2008 by Andu Iosif (bass), Andrei Popa aka Spike (drums) and Andrei Dragusanu (lead guitar, backing vocals) in Bucharest, Romania. It was not until Radu Osaciuc (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) joined in, that the band developed a feel for their music. The band’s main influences are bands such as The Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes. Currently, the band is playing small gigs in Bucharest with their new bass player Alex Marinescu.
