Soufsyde
Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama the group Soufsyde originated in 1994 with the initial members “Phenomenon” and C-Savage”. The group gained immeasurable amounts of popularity on school yards and corners due to their lyrical skills and “true to life” content. After the inception of street legend “D-Best”, and “Code”, The group became a force to be reckoned with by winning multiple showcases in Birmingham, and the acclaimed “Annual Showcase Of The South” at the Rialto Theater by Taylord Entertainment, and the Hotlanta Record Pool Showcase in Atlanta, beating known artist from Atlanta, Florida, The Carolina’s, and Mississippi. Soufsyde has released the following mixtapes; Unsigned Hu$tle: The Saga Begins, and Unsigned Hu$tle: The Re-Up, and has currently finished working on Welcome To The SOUFSYDE, the next installment to the Unsigned Hu$tle mixtape series. Soufsyde also appears on the nationwide release Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Vol. 2 by Def Jam's DJ DMA & Shadyville's DJ Domination, hosted by DJ Chuck T. Soufsyde have been openers for established artist which includes T.I., P.$.C., Master P, The Last Mr. Bigg, Eightball & MJG, Young Jeezy, and La Chat to name a few. The group has been recognized by A&R reps from Slip-N-Slide, Rap-A-Lot, & Bad Boy South Record Labels. While working on the groups first album “The Movement”, they will continue to give the people what they want, which is a lil’ bit of everything and keepin’ it all the way live,
