Soul Explosion Band

In the mid nineteen seventy's, one individual embarked upon fulfilling his dream of forming a band that would leave it's mark on those fortunate enough to have the experience. Traveling from door to door carefully selecting musicians with the desire to work hard, master their craft and do great things, he assembled a group comprised of horns, guitars, keyboards and vocals with a natural chemistry unmatched by others.

The result was a soulfully unique yet popular sound which like vintage wine created from the finest grapes, was and remains pleasing to the most critical and discerning musical appetite.

Today, with the same desire to please and mesmerize an audience, this band of select experienced entertainers produce a soulful explosion of syncopated melodies and harmonies, satisfying to listeners of all musical genres.

The primary musical repertoire includes songs from Jazz, Funk, Rhythm and Bluse and Top 40. However, if the occasion requires other music (e.g. Polka, Country, etc...) this band can, will and has played it all.
