SoulFed

SoulFed began when bassist Matt Conaway and guitarist Mark Jones met at the Atlanta Institute of Music in 2006. The two played in numerous bands together throughout the southeast until making the move to Austin, Texas in the Fall of 2010. It was there that the two joined up with New York Native Derek Hensley. After months of the trio backing other artists, a phone call back to Georgia would bring forth the final peice to the puzzle. Vocalist Bryan Flemister arrived in Austin soon after to form the group SoulFed. Although claiming rock as the primary genre, the groups influnces of soul, r & b, hip hop, and modern pop is heard throughout the bands sound. The band is working with grammy winning producer Chet Himes and is currently writing originals to follow up their EP Live @ ASM.
