Bio

SOULS ADRIFT, a heavy hitting metal band from moncton NB, are back in the fray.
Originally formed in the mid nineties, reformed late last year, began writing and recording new material which will be released this spring threw independant record label FROGBITE RECORDS.
Currently in preproduction for their upcoming release, SOULS ADRIFT will take to the road this spring to promote the new album.
Although the original group was very cool, this time, reformed, with more experience and a higher dedication to their craft, SOULS ADRIFT believe that the current material will do very well in the maritime metal market and beyond.
The idea to reform hit late last year, when original lead vocalist DAAMON ROSS decided that after a ten years hiatus from music to raise his kids, it was now time to revive SOULS ADRIFT.
Original members were contacted, but did not show any interest in reforming or had moved on to other bands after the split.
Through luck and good fortune , IAN RYAN was introduced to the cause and became the best drummer the band has ever had.
After many failed auditions for a second guitarist , they were lucky enough to find the very unassuming and talented BRIAN CARROLL.
Now with the seeds planted, they began reworking some of the original tunes from the first release in the nineties , four of which will be included as bonus tracks on the up comin album.
Once Blaze Palmeter was added on bass , they knew they had the proper combination of members this time.
With a total of over 35 years in the music buisness between them, professional gear, a full production stage show, well written aggressive tunes, the boys in the band are very confident that the new material is better than ever and expect to take the maritimes by storm.
