Melanie Carney and Jodi Stevens are the co-founders of the band, Melanie meet Jodi at a live band karaoke and knew they had to put something together-added some great musicians and have been playing together for over a year.

Melanie Carney- Lead Vocals, Percussion
Melanie has been singing since the age of three, in the fifth grade she was awarded a vocal scholarship with an opera teacher. A First Alto with Church of Christ, Congregational Choir and Neponset Valley Chorale. She was also the Youth Choir Director. She is a vocal teacher and has sung with and played percussion for local bands including Mike Tarara, Jon Neal & Eclipse. She often sits in with other bands and has many years experience with live music. As of late, she has made guest appearances with The Peacheaters, Eric French & Mr. Hyde, Scott Damgaard, David J. Lieb, Brogue and others. In her work with Jon Neal they received a write-up in the Hometown Weekly News. She has received much praise for her soulful and bluesy style of singing from members of Susan Tedeschi’s band as well as other celebrities and musicians. She has appeared on television several times singing with bands and solo. She is currently performing solo with a guitarist at smaller venues.
Jodi Stevens – Electric Bass
Jodi Stevens is an Electric Bassist and educator who has been performing and teaching in the New England area for over 12 years. Jodi received a bachelor of music degree from Berklee College of Music in 1997 with a concentration in education and performance. She has recorded and played with multiple bands including Walking the Witch, The Dale Freeman Band and Bobby Gadoury. Her work has been included in a Leaping Cat Records compilation CD entitled Jaguar, the internet play Great College radio Hoax and Quest for the Indie Tube, a Sci-Fi web series. Ms. Stevens was also a featured performer and played her composition "Simpatico" at the Alive by Her Own Hand festival at Brandeis University.

Paul Carchio; Drums, Is a drum teacher and drummer with The Hitmen and a percussionist for The Peacheaters.

We vary our setlist frequently and add new songs as well as old classics. We tend to play alot of Blues Rock-such as Susan Tedeschi and Soul and Neo-Soul. But we like to get pretty funky!
