Southern Hospitality

Originally founded by Nickie Thompson in 2010, Southern Hospitality has evolved from a four piece band that primarily covered Rock 'N' Roll standards to a multi-genre trio. Our influences range from Hank Williams Sr. and Johnny Cash to Lynyrd Skynyrd and Nirvana. We have a great love and respect for the music that came before us and ultimately "got us to the dance." We feel that the majority of the music that is made today is starting to run together and create this redundant pop/rock/semi-country sound. Our hopes are to carry on the tradition of great American music for years to come by staying true to the sound and spirit of America in the 1950s and a bit beyond.
