Bio
Fresh on the scene in Nashville is the newly-minted indie group South of Specter. Founded on the creative collaboration between vocalist/bassist Zach Swift and guitarist/vocalist Nathan Hood, the group was cemented by the addition of drummer Jess Horn.
Drawing from their varied influences in the Folk, Indie and Alternative Rock, and Pop genres, the three devoted the summer of 2012 to playing and writing together. With a relentless dedication to their craft, the members of South of Specter are now defining their own sound with the recent release of their debut self titled EP.
Listeners should look forward to hearing songs relevant to both personal aspects of life as well as more universal themes. Relatable lyrics and energetic rhythms are common in South of Specter's music and their sound is fresh due to their combined experience and willingness to experiment.
