In 2008 South of Sunshine recorded but never officially released they're debut EP tentatively titled "Bound". The recordings were done prior to Ivan and Robby joining and are now used as Demo's.
The track "Wasting Time" was aired on local Sacramento rock station KRXQ 98 Rock and can be found on the bands Myspace page.

South of Sunshine is a Northern California based modern rock band with a post grunge/blues feel. Don't miss out on your chance to see one of Sacramento's most talented and hard rocking live bands.
Formed in 2007 by vocalist Dan Kolb and guitarist Wayne Burkett, South of Sunshine has spent the last 3 years writing and performing in northern California. With addition of Ivan Parra on Bass guitar and Robby Robins on Drums South of Sunshine is much more technically diverse than it had been in the past.
Our major influence sometime show through in our music and include bands and artist such as Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, Tool, Sound Garden, ZZ Top, and many more.
