To Whom It May Concern:

From approximately 1993-2003 the USO World HQ produced a very successful series of comedy tours for our overseas troops. Spanky was an important part of that group. He joined the ranks of comedians in the latter part of the run and was one of the most successful. He had the perfect blend of humor, compassion and common sense that was needed for those tours.

As the producer of the "Laugh, That's An Order" tours from 1997-2003 I was thrilled to have someone of Spanky's caliber associated with the USO. I would highly recommend him for any touring possibilities.
