SpeakerBox

Simply put, SpeakerBox is an eclectic mix of individuals from the New Orleans music scene; each of whom has had the privilege of accompanying a host of major industry artists, as well as opportunities to play on local, national and international stages. Though each was successful in their respective careers, they came together through the bands founderNick Mercadelto combine their creativity, ideas, and musicality with a single goal: to produce great music!

SpeakerBox brings together the musical styles of writer, producer/composer, singer/songwriter and drummer Nick Mercadel; keyboardist, songwriter, producer/composer Jason Hodge; singer, producer/composer and keyboardist Marcus Doucette; singer/songwriter Anjelika Jelly Joseph and drummer Lemuel Lem Clark.

The bands collective talent enables them to write, compose and produce all of their own material to transcend genre boundaries; fusing Pop, Soul, Rock and R&B to create a sound that is genuinely theirs.
